Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive SMS replies only in response to messages you send to our help desk. We do not initiate text conversations.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS replies from our help desk. You may resume SMS communication at any time by texting us again.
